MBC Rental Rates

MBC Full members of a year or longer

75 or less people                                                                       $200
76 or more people                                                                     $500

Non-members, Associates or members of less than 1 year            $900

Damage Deposit
MBC Full members                                                                     $300
Non-members, Associates or members of less than 1 year            $600

The Mason Benson Club is available for memorial services for members or past members free of charge.

Use of kitchen does not include paper products/center supplies you will need to bring those supplies for your event.

Mason Benson Center Association reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone. If a refusal is made, the refusal may be subjected to review by the Board.

All cleanup and damage deposits will be returned if all is clean and no damage is incurred. A fee will be charged for failure to return keys. 

A Certificate of Insurance shall be provided to the MBC at least two (2) weeks prior to function date.
